    Recipe Notes:

Coconut flour can be a really tricky ingredient to cook with.

So, it’s best to add it into the mixture a tablespoon at a time, to give it time to absorb the liquid and mix properly with the brownie batter.

If you find that the mixture is still too wet add another tablespoon of coconut flour at a time.

If you find it too dry then add an extra egg.

Regarding the chocolate, if you’re aiming for the lowest imaginable carb content then go for 90% + dark chocolate and then add sweetness to taste.

I have used Stevia as it’s the sugar-free alternative that agrees most with me.

Feel free to sub in your sweetener of choice.

I personally found that 2 tablespoons was sugary enough but tested up to 1/4 of a cup of stevia, which was obviously a lot sweeter.
