Since many people turn to a low-carb/keto lifestyle to get their sugar cravings under control and lose some extra pounds, I thought I’d dedicate this week to my favorite low carb keto cream cheese pancakes.
And even if you aren’t counting carbs, these are also a great option for those who are gluten-free as they contain no grains or flour of any kind. And no nuts either! The list of ingredients below in this keto cream cheese pancakes recipe is amazingly short.
These keto-friendly pancakes saved me in my early Keto days. Super tasty and very delicious. I wish I would’ve found this syrup that early on. Try them now, you will not be disappointed.
Note; I don’t use flour in my pancakes. They are more of a cross between a pancake and a crepe. Cream cheese, eggs, baking powder, and your choice of sweetener and maybe a pinch of cinnamon. That’s it. And they are very easy to make.
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 8 eggs
- Tsp of strawberry extract
- Tsp of coconut extract
- Tsp of baking powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and cook on a griddle like normal pancakes. Makes about 20-24 pancakes. Perfect for weekly meal prep. So fluffy. So good.
