The recipe for this keto and coconut porridge is simple in both its procedure and ingredients. It resembles cream of wheat in texture with a mild coconut flavor.

  2. Over low heat, melt coconut cream, and the butter. Slowly whisk in the egg mixture, mixing until you achieve a creamy, thick texture.

Topping Ideas

Berries frozen or fresh. Try blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries and strawberries. You can use fresh if you can hold of them, however, frozen also works well.

You can also use seeds or nuts. Use anything from coconut flakes to chopped hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, or walnuts, or pumpkin/sunflower seeds. Dry-roast them over low heat for extra flavor.
