INGREDIENTS

70 g chocolate 90%

100 g butter 1/2 salt + a little for the mold

60 g stevia or any sweetener of your choice

60 g almond powder

40 g flax flour

2 tbsp. thick cream soup

1/2 yeast sachet

1/4 c. Vanilla coffee powder

1 c. soup with cocoa nibs
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the butter and chocolate in pieces in a saucepan. Melt over low heat stirring.
Add the sweetener of your choice and the eggs one by one.
Stir in almonds, vanilla, cream, then almond flour and yeast.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mold 20 cm in diameter
Place in the oven, lower the temperature to 160 ° C and cook for 35 minutes.
Check the cooking with a knife blade. Extend it from 5 to 10 minutes if it does not come out dry.
