Cream Cheese Pancakes

These pancakes saved me in my early Keto days. Super tasty and very delicious.
(I wish I would’ve found this syrup that early on). Try them now.


I don’t use flour in my pancakes. They are more of a cross between a pancake and a crepe. They are very easy to make.

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • Tsp of strawberry extract
  • Tsp of coconut extract
  • Tsp of baking powder


Place all ingredients in a blender and cook on a griddle like normal pancakes.

Makes about 20-24 pancakes. Perfect for weekly meal prep. So fluffy. So good.
